OKX Wallet has revealed its integration with Keystone, a renowned hardware wallet. The collaboration is initially available on the OKX Wallet web extension, with the announcement that support for Keystone through the OKX Wallet app will follow in the forthcoming weeks.
Through this integration, users can manage and monitor more than 1000 digital assets across 28 different blockchain networks. These would include Bitcoin, Ethereum, OKTC, BNB, and Polygon.
Moreover, they can access decentralized exchanges, NFT markets, and an array of decentralized application (dApp) projects via the Keystone hardware wallet. This partnership brings an assortment of benefits to OKX Wallet users.
Benefits include an increased array of options to connect existing hardware wallets. Moreover, it also includes heightened security through hardware-wallet signing for all transactions involving DEX, dApp, Earn, and NFTs.
In this regard, it is important to note that OKX is recognized for its pioneering technology products and continues to challenge the norm. In line with this, it recently launched a global brand campaign, “The System Needs a Rewrite,” advocating for a Web3-led paradigm shift to replace existing centralized systems.
In the past, OKX Wallet has solidified it’s reputation as a decentralized multi-chain wallet that empowers users to access and explore the Web3 ecosystem seamlessly. It recently set a milestone by becoming the first Web3 wallet to adopt multi-party computation (MPC) technology on April 3.
This technology enhances security by splitting a user’s private key into three segments. Thereby, eliminating the need for traditional written-down keys and seed phrases and mitigating a single point of failure.
OKX, in essence, is a global technology powerhouse pushing the boundaries of Web3. It offers an extensive suite of products catering to both novices and experts.
These products include the OKX Wallet, NFT Marketplace, and DEX. The company has also established partnerships with top global brands and athletes such as Manchester City F.C., McLaren Formula 1, The Tribeca Festival, Olympian Scotty James, and F1 driver Daniel Ricciardo.
